There is so much to see and do in and around Laughlin, Nevada, where do you start?

Actually, this 5-day, 4-night guided motorcycle tour starts in the Phoenix area and passes through a historic cowboy town; one in which you might just sit down for lunch with an actual working cow-hand, spurs and all. How can you tell this is a real cowboy you ask? Well, from the gnarled hands and the worn spurs on his boots.

Arrive in Laughlin, a town built right on the Colorado River, and relax for the evening and prepare for the next day’s adventure to Oatman, Arizona. Oatman is a fun place to visit -an authentic old western town with burros roaming the streets and gunfights staged on weekends. Clark Gable and Carol Lombard honeymooned at the Oatman Hotel March 18, 1939 and this hotel is still open today. Return to Laughlin via a section of the old Route 66 traversing dozens of twisting turns through some of the most beautiful and unique desert mountains in the Southwest.

Spend a day off the bikes relaxing in Laughlin. Enjoy the many different casinos and variety of gaming. Check out a first class car collection or take a guided tour up the Colorado River on a jet boat*. In the evening, when available, check out a concert or comedy show* but save some energy for a day ride through the vast Mojave National Preserve.

Sand dunes, volcanic cinder cones, Joshua tree forests, and miles of open desert await those choosing to ride a loop through the Mojave National Preserve. Stop and take in more Southwestern history at the old Kelso train depot and view the museum exhibits on display at this actual western ghost town.

Return home with many fun and lasting memories of your unique motorcycle tour having experienced all that Laughlin has to offer – from old western cowboy towns to great motorcycle riding through 3 states, 2 deserts and on sections of historic Route 66.
